Attorney Kline was very influential in my employment related suit. His level of professionalism and courtesy was appreciated and respected. I had fear and lack of confidence about my case until I contacted him and he reassured me that he would do his very best and he did just that. Thank you Mr. Kline for a victorious win!

Mr. Kline was a great help to me. He suggested what would be best in my situation.
He listened and provided the necessary information I needed to proceed. His paralegal, Susan, was a valuable source of information and comfort. I would highly recommend Mr. Kline.

“Working with Mr. Kline was very helpful for me and my situation. He made sure he answered all questions and concerns I had about my case. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Mr.Kline showed a great deal of sympathy and sincerity to myself regarding my case. He fought very hard on my behalf to receive justice. In which we received greatly! I would truly recommend Mitchell Kline to represent anyone who’s looking for legal representation. “

“Mr. Kline was very mindful, meticulous and payed attention to details. He was very much focused; and he stuck to the task at hand until the job was done.  He was a very calming spirit; and helped to keep me calm and focused throughout this ordeal- but remained professional as well.

Susan, who works in the office with him, was very meticulous as well and extremely helpful.  She was diligent and persistent and made sure that I had all of my documents and legal paperwork in order.

They both encouraged me throughout this entire process.  They make quite the team.

I am very satisfied with the outcome and I am sure that anyone who hires him will be satisfied; and he will exceed their expectations.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get their case solved.”

“I just wanted to personally thank you for participating in our annual symposium. Your presentation on the traditional sexual harassment claim was excellent and well received by our attendees. The Journal’s acquisitions editor, Maria Pahl, will contact you shortly to discuss any interest you may have in writing an article for an upcoming volume of our journal. Again, thank you for your support and participation in Gender on the Job.”

“I will be eternally grateful for all the hours of work you dedicated to my disability discrimination case bringing it to a successful conclusion. Because of your compassion, dignity, and class you have set the bar very high.”

“I was represented by Mitchell Kline in a work related sexual harassment case. I didn’t know much about this type of lawsuit. I called many lawyers, and none of them seemed to be of any help. I then got in contact with Mr. Kline. Not only did he represent me, he was very professional, and was very successful in taking care of all that was needed in the case. Mitchell Kline is highly recommended to anyone who needs quality representation.”

“It has been my pleasure to benefit from Mitch Kline’s counsel and legal advice over a period of several years. I found Mr. Kline’s services invaluable in helping me deal with a very stressful, complex, and hostile employment situation that developed as the result of a management change at the educational institution I work for. His sensitive and professional advice and action helped put the record straight, helped end the conflict, and paved the way towards much better employment relations. I am very grateful for his kind, considered and professional advocacy.”
